| San Marino’s new ambassador to the Holy See to present her Letter of credence |

| [ Italica ] – The new ambassador of the Republic of San Marino, Maria Alessandra Albertini, presented her Letter of credence to the Vatican. The new ambassador was very welcomed and Pope Francis showed a particular interest in the social condition of the young people of San Marino. He also took into strong consideration the invitation to visit the republic. The new ambassador to the Vatican is a career diplomat since 1993, and, from August 2014, she serves as Director of Legal Affairs with the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary.
